Regina is passionate about yoga, loves people and is enthusiastic about life in general.

She has been married for 18 years and has two girls, April 15 and Emily 11. Her husband Bob brought her to her first yoga class while they were dating. She has run five marathons, the fifth being her last. Regina has been committed to Yoga for the past 20 years and completed Bikram's™ intense Teacher Training Course in April of 1995.

Regina opened the Yoga Health Center in 1996 and has been at the same location in San Carlos ever since. It is her dream come true.
