6 am classes start Tuesday, January 5th

This one hour, silent class will be held on Tuesday's and Thursday's. We recommend you attend at least 10 dialogue classes before taking a silent class. This class is not for new students. While the postures will be lead, the main instruction will be to indicate a "change" of postures. All postures will be done once, selected postures will be repeated twice. The room will be heated as in a regular class. The price for this class is the same as the others.
