Next Posture Workshop is this Sat, Feb 13th from 1:00 to 3:30 pm, led by Bill Graham, all levels welcome. max 10 students / workshop. Last Saturday was sold out, so we suggest you reserve early..Sat, Feb 13, The Floor Series. Sat, Feb 20, The Standing Series. $45 per workshop, prepayment required. Sign up at center or contact Regina with your credit card. The room will be warm but not heated. Coupons not valid towards workshops.
