Drop us an email below or call and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you are a new student, just show up at least 15 minutes before class. Nothing else is required. We do not take reservations. We do suggest you read the New Students page before attending class.

Driving Directions

From Hwy 101 - take Holly Street exit from N or S. Go west to El Camino Real. Turn left at light at El Camino just after the overpass, go one and half blocks, (you will cross San Carlos Ave which has a light.) Turn right into lane way beside the restaurant which is immediately past Yoga Health Center (our address is 636 El Camino). Go straight for approx 50 yards, turn right into parking area behind Yoga Health Center. Look for a green awning with our name on it. N/C Parking and Entrance in Back.

Entrance and no charge parking behind studio. We are steps away from Laurel Street, the heart of San Carlos, with a Starbucks and a Peets just across the parking area from our studio.
