Regina’s Love Blast Chai!
It all began with love. A love of people and a love of fitness gave birth to a business. This beautiful baby business was named Yoga Health Center (YHC). The mother of YHC is the heart-entrepreneur Regina Bannon French, and the father is her husband, master strategist Bob French. For over 28 years, our beloved members have been nourished with fitness and have grown stronger through dedication and discipline, all while having a place to call home—Yoga Health Center.

Parking at the Studio
YHC is in a popular location, and while there is ample 2-hour, no-charge parking behind and around our studio, it can get busy. We strongly recommend allowing extra time.
