The mother of YHC is the heart-entrepreneur Regina Bannon French, and the father is her husband, master strategist Bob French. For over 27 years, our beloved members have been lovingly fed with fitness and have grown stronger through their dedication and discipline, plus having a place to call home— Yoga Health Center.
