Plan on bringing a mat and water to class. We highly recommend for heated classes you also bring a small towel as well.

Of course! We have mat and towel rentals plus a filtered water fountain to make sure you’re ready for class.
Need to buy a mat? Our boutique has a plethora to choose from!

For everyone’s health and safety, we do require vaccination records prior to your visit to the studio.
