Learn about the pelvic floor and issues that can arise from pelvic floor dysfunction. We will start with an anatomy discussion and common (but not normal) symptoms associated with pelvic floor dysfunction. Next there will be a Q&A session, followed by a 60-90min asana practice.
The asana portion will start with grounding, regulating the nervous system and bringing awareness to the breath. We will then warm up with some stretching and lengthening postures before moving into some strengthening exercises.
