  • Here is the OVY Camp address to use for your GPS: 5360 La Honda Rd, San Gregorio, CA 94074.

  • The entrance is on the left hand side of La Honda Road.

  • The estimated time it takes to drive there is 44 minutes.

  • Call Brad if you get lost: 650.241.8235.

  • 10:30 - 11:30   Carpool to OVY camp from YHC, drop off potluck items at the lodge

  • 11:30 - 12:30    Qigong w/Angela 

  • 12:30 - 1:30   Forest bathing w/Shannon

  • 1:30 - 2:30   Potluck social at the lodge

  • 2:30 - 3:30   Walking & sitting meditation w/Brad in the sacred redwood grove

  • 3:30 - 4:30   Return via carpool to YHC

  • Please bring some food to share during our communal potluck.

  • Bring whatever it is you like to eat, enough to feed four people.

  • Dress in layers; the forecast predicts overcast skies with temperatures in the high 60s.

  • No yoga mats needed; we will be bringing mini-mats for you to sit on during the forest bathing meditation.
