Movement for Healing: An evening of Cacao Ceremony, Reiki, & Sound Healing

Due to popular demand, we have scheduled our second Movement for Healing date, set for Saturday, March 1st from 5:30-7:30pm.

This is a unique and powerful gathering led by Angela and Elena — join them for an evening of cacao, dance, sound, and energy healing. We invite you to a holistic experience of reflection, release, and renewal.

What to Expect?

1. Opening Circle

  • Welcome Circle 

  • Grounding Meditation:  Connecting with the Elements, Set Intentions

2. Introduction to Cacao

  • History and Sacred Significance of Cacao: 

  • Drinking Cacao with Intention

3. Ecstatic Dance

  • Somatic Dance and Movement: Free-flowing, intuitive movement to release energy and express emotions.

  • Ecstatic Dance (Silent and/or Guided )

4. Sound Healing & Reiki

  • Sound Healing: We will be using singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create soothing vibrations for deep relaxation.

  • Reiki or Energy Healing: Individual or group Reiki will be offered to enhance the energetic release and healing.

5. Closing Circle

  • Reflecting on the Experience

  • Grounding and Gratitude

  • Closing Words & Blessing
