December Winter Solstice Yoga Hike
with Shannon
-
This hike is meant to take the form of a mini-retreat allowing us to leave the regular world behind and take refuge in nature for a day.
We will start with a 2-3 mile easy hike, stopping along the way for some standing asana poses and to take in the sight, sounds and smells of mother nature. Then we will have a seated Winter Solstice celebration with meditation, reflection on the year past and intention setting for the year ahead as we watch the sunset together on the shortest day of the year.
The end of year holiday season can be pretty hectic, so join us for a few hours on December 21st to disconnect from the chaos and to reconnect with yourself, with your breath and with your community.
