Nope! We teach you all of the fundamentals to guide a safe and inclusive Yoga Sculpt class experience. That being said, we also see a lot of Yoga Instructors and CPTs enrolling to expand their teaching offerings. Because we have two leaders in this training, we can provide more personalized support to those who are/are not current yoga or fitness instructors.

While attending all sessions is highly encouraged to get the full benefit of this training, we understand life happens. Make-up sessions can be scheduled with Madison ahead of time and will more than likely be held on Sundays. Please let her know as soon as possible by email (madisonblanton@osbi.org) if you will not be present for any of the sessions.

That's completely okay! While this training is designed to prepare you to teach Yoga Sculpt classes, it’s also an excellent opportunity to deepen your practice and enhance your personal journey. The skills you gain can be applied to your personal life, and you can always decide to teach later.

Yes, upon completion you'll receive a certification from Yoga Health Center (Registered Yoga School - RYS 200). This certification qualifies you to teach Yoga Sculpt classes. You are responsible for managing your teaching practices, including securing liability insurance. Additional certifications or requirements may apply depending on location or studio.

Yes! Madison is available for continued support after the training, including mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for feedback as you begin teaching your own Yoga Sculpt classes. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to teach a community class to the Yoga Health Center community in the weeks following the training, if you choose.

Yes! Yoga Health Center is a regostered yogs choolMadison is a registered Continuing Education Provider by Yoga Alliance (YACEP) through Sun Kissed Yoga. This training will fulfill 40 CEU hours for your yoga teacher credential renewal.

ABOUT MADISON
Madison (@sunkissedyoga) received her RYT 200-Hour certification from YHC in 2020. She continued her education in other forms of physical yoga practice like Yoga Sculpt, and Yoga Fusion. Madison started teaching yoga at YHC in April of 2021. She received her RYT 500 from Aligned Yoga with Briohny Smythe in 2024. Madison is also a registered YACEP provider through Yoga Alliance.
